Nicole and Jeff Shephard wedding

Nicole and Jeff got married this weekend down in my old stomping grounds, Peachtree City. Back in February, when I did their engagement pictures, I had so much fun watching them laugh and smile with each other the entire time. Yesterday was no different. They are so in love with each other, and you can just tell by looking their pictures. Congrats Nicole and Jeff!

Nicole and Jeff had the coolest idea ever with a "wishing tree." They had seen this on a trip to DC a few years ago. They each wrote a wish for this original tree while on their trip and duplicated them for their wedding. Little did they know that when they wrote their original wishes that they were wishing to spend the rest of their lives together!

Brynn and Wayne are engaged!

One of my great friends, Brynn, is getting married in November; so I met with her and her fiance, Wayne, this weekend at Berry to take their engagement pictures. We went around Berry to take pictures on campus. We had to carefully avoid all of the high school students running at the annual Berry cross country meet and got the pics in before the rain came. We had a lot of fun and, I am looking forward to their wedding in November!

Erin and Kevin are having a baby!

Erin and Kevin are two friends of mine from our Sunday school class at our church. Erin and Kevin are due any day now and will be having a baby girl! Erin is glowing and one of the cutest pregnant women I have ever seen. I hope I can look at good and be as in good spirits as her when I am a few days past my due date! Good luck and congrats Erin and Kevin on your new arrival and addition to your family!!! :D

Alli and Eric Woody wedding

This weekend, I traveled to Westminster, South Carolina, for Alli and Eric's wedding. I drove up on Friday evening, because I had to get up at 3:30am the next morning for the wedding. Why would I need to get up that early for a wedding? Well, because Alli and Eric had a beautiful 6:30am sunrise wedding. They got married at Alli's grandparent's farm, and couldn't have picked a more beautiful location for the wedding. Alli and Eric are truly an amazing couple. You can be around them for just five minutes and see how much they love each other. It showed all day on their faces how excited they were to be married and how much they are in love. Congrats Alli and Eric!!

For a four week old, he had a ton of hair and was so close to actually smiling. He is such an adorable baby and I am so happy for Kathi and Chris!

Last week, I went to Jacksonville to visit my sister, Amy, and her kids Brooke and Christian. I might be a little biased since they are my niece and nephew, but they are just the cutest kids in the world! My cousin, Kristi, went down with me and we had a good few days getting to hang out with Amy, Shawn, and the kids. We went to the Jacksonville Zoo for the afternoon and the kids played in the water play area for a while. Here are few cute pictures of the kids playing in the water. :)

This weekend, my cousin Kristi got married at the Banquet Hall of Alvaton! It was such a wonderful day for a wedding, although hot; but I'm not here to complain about how it was. I was so thankful to be apart of the wedding in such a special way. I can definitely say that this was the first time as a photographer, I was crying during the ceremony. I could not be happier for Kristi that she finally married someone as wonderful as Russ. I am so happy for the two of them. Thanks to Anne Fowler Jones of Anne Fowler Photography for all of the help!

I was very excited to make it out to Madison, GA today to visit a very dear friend of mine, Kathi Edwards. Kathi called me last fall and asked me if I could take pregnancy pictures for her (this was her way of telling me she was pregnant!!!!) I had a good time getting to hang out with her and take pregnancy pictures for her and Chris. Baby James will be here in just a few weeks (if not days!) Can't wait to meet him!

I met Heather and Brent yesterday morning to do engagement pictures in historic Duluth. Just by looking at their pictures, you can tell Heather and Brent truly love each other. The whole morning was filled with laughter and smiling. Looking forward to doing their wedding in September! It was a cute place to take pictures, and we went earlier in the day to avoid the HOT HOT weather!

This week, I went to the house of the Landon family to take pictures of their two adorable 16 month old twins, Riley and Colter. They are just so cute and full of so much energy! They both just learned to walk, so it was interesting trying to take their pictures. They were not too interested in just sitting for us, nor were they interested in doing the same thing at the same time for us! I have a new found respect for mothers of twins, because Leslie is amazing- when both of the twins were wanting mom's attention, she just scooped both of them up, one in each arm, and comforted both of them. :) Here are a few of the pics I took of the twins!

Caleb and Charity Curry, two of Joshua and my really good friends had a baby a little over a month ago. Little Benjamin Wyatt is such a cutie and I was really excited to not only get to hang out with Charity and Benjamin, but take a few pictures for Charity as well. We were able to get a few pictures of him! He is so expressive and smiling for a baby only six weeks old! :)

This week, I went and took pictures up in Alpharetta for Sami Beyer. She is going to be a senior at Chattahoochee High School. We went around Alpharetta and took pictures at different locations. She is a fencer, so we took some pictures with her medals and letter jacket. Congrats and good luck on your senior year Sami!

Kristi and Russ engagement pictures

On Sunday, I took engagement pictures for my cousin, Kristi and her wonderful fiance, Russ. I was able to take pictures of their actual engagement back in March (hiding in the trees at Kennesaw Mountain) and was thrilled when she asked me to take pictures for their wedding. We went and took pictures in Newnan, downtown Senoia, and then went over to Starrs Mill. If you are not from Fayette or Coweta county, then you'll get a glimpse of my stomping grounds growing up... We had a great time taking pictures and I cannot wait until their wedding in June!

Kristi has had Shadow for over 10 years and he is a very special part of the family. She definitely had to have some pictures taken with him.
You can thank me later for putting this one in here... :) (Newspaper announcement?)

Shadow will have none of this... he choose not to look at them all sweet with each other. It must gross him out.

My favorite of the day.

I climbed to the top of the waterfall at Starrs Mill and took some pictures of them while they were at the foot of it. They were willing participants in getting in the water. Just a minute after this picture was taken, they saw a snake slither past them in the water! Needless to say, we were done with pictures in the water...

Lorra and Kyle Byrd wedding

Last weekend, I traveled to Lake Oconee, Georgia to take pictures of Lorra and Kyle's wedding. I was a second shooter at this wedding with a wonderful photographer, Katie Leonard, from Gainsville, Florida; so most of my pictures are detail shots and various pictures. They got married in the beautiful Reynolds Plantation. It is an amazing neighborhood and a really pretty location for the ceremony. They got married on the shore of the lake and a had a beautiful ceremony right before sunset. I had a great time taking pictures of the wedding. Thanks Katie for asking me to help out! :)

Christina and Graham Ware wedding

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to take pictures at Christina and Graham's wedding. Christina was a good friend at Berry, so I was very happy when she asked me last year to be apart of her wedding by taking pictures. Christina and Graham got married in the historic town of Chickamagua, Georgia. Being a full time Georgia history teacher, I know the significance that Chickamagua played in our state's history during the Civil War; but don't worry, I will not be giving you a history lesson today! I had a great time and had some great help from Kendall Hudgins. Thanks Kendall for all the help! :) Oh... and there are a lot of pictures to look through!

Annie and Matt Aycock wedding

This weekend I had the chance to take pictures at a wedding, but not just any old wedding. This wedding was for Annie Blackwelder and Matt Aycock. Matt is a childhood friend of mine whom I grew up with all throughout elementary to high school. We worked at Chick-Fil-A together and went to youth group together, so I was very excited to be apart of his wedding. Their wedding was at Dunaway Gardens in Newnan. It is such a beautiful and amazing place to get married and take pictures- a photographer's dream! I was glad Carrie Jo of Texture Photography asked me to come and help her out. Even though it rained most of the day, we were still able to get some pictures outside and even have the ceremony outside. Annie and Matt made the most of the day with the rain! :)

I loved the rings and flowers so much that I couldn't choose just a picture to show, so I posted a lot!

We found some caution tape and just had to use it in the picture!

They were laughing at me doing my stupid laugh I do a lot to get bridal parties to laugh. They think I am completely stupid, but it works! Gotta do what it takes to get a good picture! Haha!

Annie was so much fun! Right before the wedding, the bridesmaids were trying to figure out whether or not Annie should walk down the original center isle because there was so much mud. Annie clearly stated that she was not going to wear the dress again, so she didn't care if she got mud on the dress; and boy did she get mud on her dress! So she took advantage of it and suggested climbing into one of the goldfish pools! She was awesome!!!

Annie was apart of Alpha Gamma Delta at West Georgia, and her sorority sisters were there to sing her a song at the reception. I picked up that it is a tradition they do at all of their sisters weddings. It was really sweet.

Jeanie and Derek Foster wedding

This weekend I took pictures at Jeanie and Derek's wedding at the Huntcliff Country Club in Sandy Springs. It is this cute little place nestled in a residential area right off of the Chattahoochee River. Jeanie student taught at my school last fall, so when we worked together through FCA last semester, we got to know each other. I was so happy to be able to do her wedding! We were blessed with a beautiful day as well. The wedding was outside and before I left for the wedding, I looked online and saw that there was an 80% chance of rain during the time the wedding was supposed to take place... and although it threatened to rain a few times, we made it through the day without a drop of rain!

Jeanie's wedding ring was her mother's, so it was very special for her to now have.

Jeanie and Derek dated for 5 years and had never once kissed during that time. WOW! So this was their first kiss... ever! How sweet.

Engles family pictures

Today, I went with the Engles family to take pictures at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. Scott and Phillis are two wonderful people who go to my church and I've gotten to know over the past couple months. Their fun spirited daughter, Hannah, and their sweet son, Andrew, were both a lot of fun to take pictures of. We had a great time at the gardens walking around, looking at all of the flowers and listening to my favorite Celtic music they were playing in the park. It was a fun day! :)

This weekend, I went down to Macon to take pictures of Amber and Steven's wedding. I did their engagement pictures earlier in the month and was looking forward to doing their wedding this weekend. We knew it would be a hot day, and boy was it ever! I even got a little sunburned! I traveled to Wesleyn College with Amber and Steven just down the road from the church for pictures. It turned out to be a beautiful spot to take pictures. I took so many pictures that there was no way I could pick just a few, so get ready to scroll through a lot!

Kate and Mike Link wedding

This weekend, I took pictures at Kate and Mike's wedding in John's Creek, right near where I teach, so it was really convenient! I met Carrie Jo Pinckard of Texture Photography to help with the wedding. Being both Shorter College grads, Carrie and I didn't hold it against them and still took great pictures for them... haha. (For those of you who don't know, Berry and Shorter are Rome rivals.) Kate and Mike were a ton of fun and I had such a great time at the wedding!

I pulled open Ephesians and took pictures of the rings where Paul gives the charges to wives and husbands.

If you follow my blog, you have seen a similar picture to this, but I just loved how this one turned out this time, so I had to show this one.

Carrie brought this really cute fan to take pictures. They turned out really great.

This was one of my favorite pictures I took on my wedding day. I was so happy that Kate was willing to do this one too! So much fun!

Kate and Mike didn't want to see each other before the wedding, so I always love doing this shot before the couple sees each other at the ceremony.

Kate is 6'3" so she chose to wear flat shoes for the wedding. :) I loved her pink ballet flats! They were so cute and matched the bridesmaids dresses. (For those of you wondering, Mike is 6'5")

Carrie and I didn't realize it, but we are also amazing cake decorators! We got there and the cake didn't have anything on the top. The cake topper was lost somewhere in someone's car in the parking lot, so Carrie and I quickly took some of the flowers from the table and placed some on top of the cake. It turned out pretty great if I do say so myself!

This weekend, I went and took engagement pictures for Amber and Stephen. We tried to do pictures a few weeks ago, but with the month-long rain we've had, it was raining the day we had originally planned. I am doing their wedding in a few weeks in Macon, so they wanted to come up to Atlanta to get some pictures at places they haven't been to. We took pictures at random places throughout Dunwoody and had a great time! They were willing to do anything for a good picture! Can't wait for the wedding!

Stephen was bored taking pictures... haha. Not really, but I did catch him a few times throughout the morning yawning. Maybe I am just boring... :)

Amber has these really cute shoes, but she took them off for most of the pictures since they made her taller than she and Stephen are used to. She walked around barefoot most of the day. I just had to take a picture of them.

Amber was a sport and hopped into some cold water for a fun picture with her feet in the water (without her shoes...haha.)

Chris and Becky are married

I normally try to get some pictures up a few days after I take pictures, but I was out of town at Rock Eagle most of last week with the 7th graders at my school. Last weekend, I shot pictures at Chris and Becky's wedding in Dunwoody. Unfortunately, it was raining throughout the day, so we took all of our pictures inside, but we still had a lot of places to take pictures throughout the church. Chris and Becky were a sweet couple to take pictures of. They had a very intimate wedding as well as a nice reception at Aldo's Italian Restaurant in Sandy Springs. Towards the end of the night, everyone had a great time dancing and hanging out! :) Thanks to Katy Swilley who came and helped me out for the day!

She had this sewn into the inside of her dress.

Becky's mom is a very talented seamstress and worked along with another woman to make Becky's dress and veil. It was beautiful!

So at the church, I was not allowed to be inside of the chapel at all. They closed the doors and I could not go in and take pictures. There were windows that allowed me to look in, but I could not see anything, because they were "fogged" over. When the "nice" wedding coordinator walked away for a few minutes, I opened the door for a quick peek and a quick picture! Haha!!

Quick pictures with Becky's niece! She was such a cute little girl!

Becky is from Peru, so much of her family who came to the wedding were of Peruvian heritage as well. The Hispanic music was so much fun and had me dancing while taking pictures! With some late night dancing, everyone got down on the dance floor and had a great time!

The Olson Sisters

And no... these aren't pictures of Mary-Kate and Ashley. :) (I know, I'm lame.) This week, I met with a former student of mine, Bentley, to take pictures of her and her sister, Merritt. Bentley was such a joy to teach last year and her mom and I kept in touch after the school year. I called their mom, Elizabeth, a few weeks ago to see if they would like some pictures done. She happily agree and we met on Monday of this week to take pictures. It was great getting to see Bentley again and hearing how high school is going for her. We had a great time taking pictures! I have never seen a set of sisters get along so well! You might recognize the spot where we took pictures, because it is the same place Katy and Ken got married in my last set of pictures.

Yesterday was such a fun day! I took pictures at Katy and Ken's wedding up in Duluth at Perimeter Church. I considered this my first "real" wedding, because this was the first wedding that I shot engagement pictures, provided full day wedding coverage, and had a second photographer join me for the wedding day. Anne Fowler, a good friend and fellow photographer, helped me throughout the day taking pictures of the guys and other pictures throughout the day. She was such a blessing to have to help me out! I had such a great time yesterday taking pictures. Katy and Ken are so natural and fun in front of the camera, so they made my job easy! I had such a hard time picking my favorite pictures, so there are A LOT. Enjoy!

Anne and I walked around the amazing youth area at the church and took pictures of the rings, shoes, and dress. I saw this really cool looking orange couch with the lighting from the window and asked Anne if she could take a few shots of the dress on the couch. This is what she came up with. Great picture!

This stop light was in the youth room and I thought it would look really cool to put the rings on top of one of the lights. Thought green would be appropriate- "GOing into marriage together." Okay, so I know I am cheesy!

The flower girl did not like her picture being taken, so while Anne was taking a few pictures of the wedding party, I snapped a few pictures of her without her looking. Anne did the same!

Olivia Haber

I took pictures this week for a teacher I work with, Lizzie Haber. She and her husband, Mitch, have such a cute baby! Olivia is three and a half months old and such a fun baby! Her room is decorated in pink and brown, so we took a few pictures of her in those colors to match the room! Here are a few pictures that I took of Olivia.

Nicole and Jeff engagement pictures

Yesterday was a very appropriate day to do a set of engagement pictures. I could not have had a more enthusiastic or in love couple to take pictures of yesterday on Valentines Day. Nicole and Jeff are truly a fantastic and wonderful couple and were so much fun to take pictures of yesterday. They were totally willing to do some crazy and interesting pictures! Jeff officially hired me to take pictures for them every weekend, he had so much fun! Nicole tells Jeff he is very much an enthusiast... I would agree. There were so many great pictures of Nicole and Jeff that I couldn't choose just a few, so there are a lot to check out! I guess that happens when you have such a great couple! See you next weekend Jeff! ;)

For this next one, I had to do some acrobatic moves to get high enough to take the picture!

This was a fun picture to try and get. This road is not very busy, but we had to be quick about taking them, because cars would come and we'd have to hop off of the road really fast. Nicole was a sport, because the road was still a little wet from the rain earlier that morning.

During their outfit change, Jeff and Nicole got some Starbucks to bring to the docks with us. They came up with the cute idea of going to the docks and having Jeff play the guitar while sipping coffee. They are having a coffee theme for the wedding, so these pictures with the Starbucks cups were perfect!

Probably one of my favorites of the day! This was right after a passing car on the road honked at them! :)

Whit Vasey birthday pictures

This weekend, I took pictures of Whit Vasey at Newtown Park. Whit is the son of a good friend and teacher, Meredith Vasey. We had been trying to get together for almost a month, but with the COLD weather, Whit being sick, and a few other things that happened, we were finally able to get together to take pictures. The weather on Friday was perfect to play at the park. I took pictures of Whit a few weeks ago at his first birthday party, so at the end there are a few pictures from there as well.

Alli and Eric engagement pictures

Today, I went up to Berry to take pictures of Alli and Eric. They are getting married in August, so we wanted to get some engagement pictures done. It was raining during my whole drive up to Berry, but thankfully, the rain cleared up right when I got there. The weather was perfect for pictures! We took pictures on campus and then headed off campus to Broad Street to take pictures in downtown Rome. Alli and Eric were such a fun couple to take pictures of. You can certainly tell that they truly love each other. I can't wait to take pictures at their wedding!

Tessa and Bobby are engaged!

One of my best friends in the world is getting married! I am so excited and happy for Tessa and Bobby. We met yesterday in the historic Alpharetta area to do engagement pictures. I had never been to the area, but just went on a whim and thought it might be a good place to take pictures. I found one of my new favorite places to take pictures! We met up there since I was already in the area for some other stuff that day, but we were a little worried that we wouldn't be able to get pictures done. It started raining at the very beginning of pictures, but luckily the sky cleared long enough for us to get the pictures taken! Tessa and I had a lot of fun, and I think Bobby did too. :)

Ruby Hannah

This weekend, I met with David and Nicole Hannah to take pictures of them and their nine month old daughter, Ruby. David and Nicole are the son and daughter-in-law of the pastor at my church and are leaving in less than a month to move to Italy to be full time missionaries. I have loved getting to know them in the short time they have been in Dunwoody in transition to make it out Italy. I took a couple of family shots for the missionary prayer cards, but the main focus of the day was of course, Ruby. She was such a cutie and a lot of fun to take pictures of- and boy did she ever had some big blue eyes!

I love her little faces she makes. You'll see a few of them in looking at the pictures. What a cutie!

I love these next two pictures even though they are very similar. Walking with her parents! Since they are moving to Italy in a a few weeks, they are hoping that Ruby will not learn to walk until they get there. Try having a 10 month old baby on an airplane for 10 hours when the baby knows she can finally walk, but isn't allowed to. I don't blame them! :)

Family picture. This was one of my favorites that turned out of all of them. Hard to get a baby to look at the camera and smile the same time as her parents! Way to go Ruby!

Julia Stephens

One of the teachers I work with had a baby six weeks ago. Julia Rae is such a cutie! I went over to Stephanee's house this weekend and took some baby pictures of Julia. This was the first time I had taken infant pictures, so it was a learning experience for me; and thankfully Julia is a great baby to take pictures of! She was so cute sleeping and didn't cry once while I was there. She is sure in love with her passie though! I had a great time visiting with Stephanee and getting to see Julia!

Today was a great day! I had a ton of fun!! In the morning, I met with my family and took pictures of my sister just for fun. I met with Lyndsay this afternoon to take head shots. Lyndsay is a very talented actress and singer and needed some head shots to send out to directors and stuff, so we went to take some pictures late this afternoon. I thought it was cold this morning, but this afternoon was even colder! My fingers were numb after we were finished, but Lyndsay was such a trooper! She took pictures with short sleeves and would throw her coat back on in between shots. I live right near the mall and right now there is so much traffic (because of Christmas shopping) around where I had planned on taking her, so we ended up going to a restaurant area like a mile from our apartment. It could not have turned out to be a better place to take pictures!

By far my favorite of the day!

Brie portrait pictures

My sister, Brie, is in town this week for Christmas; so when I when down to Fayette County for Christmas lunch with my family, Brie and I decided to hang out for a while afterward. To help me out, she volunteered to take portrait pictures since I had never done any before. We joked that these could be her "high school senior pictures" since she looks so young, but is in fact old enough to be a senior in college. We went around in the freezing (WINDY) cold in Peachtree City on the golf cart paths (our old stomping grounds) and took a ton of pictures. It turned out to be a nice day despite the cold, but we were both bundled up and had a lot of fun. I was excited after looking at the pictures, because so many of them turned out so great! (But it helps when the subject is gorgeous.) :)

Thanksgiving weekend with the family

This past Thanksgiving weekend, Joshua and I went to visit my family up in a cabin near Helen, GA. As you can see, most of the pictures are of my niece, Brooke and nephew, Christian. They are the cutest kids in the world (I might be a little biased because they are my niece and nephew) and a lot of fun to hang out with and take pictures of. We went on two different hikes/walks for Brooke to enjoy. I had a great time visiting with my family and just getting to chill.

Pippa and her family

Wednesday, before Thanksgiving break, I took pictures of Taina Helton-Green and her family. Her daughter, Pippa, is almost a year old and is just so cute! I took a lot of pictures of Pippa, but I also took a four generation picture of the family. Taina's family was in town for Thanksgiving, so it worked perfect to have pictures! We met at Newtown Park in Johns Creek, and it was so very cold! We took pictures quickly with the family and headed to the playground to take pictures of Pippa playing. We had a lot of fun despite the cold weather!

Chandra and Dustin

This weekend, I met up with a fellow photographer, Carrie Jo Pinkard of Texture PhotoGraphics. We took pictures of Chandra and Dustin who got married in downtown Atlanta at North Avenue Presbyterian Church. It is an older really cool church in the middle of downtown. I met Carrie Jo at the church to help take pictures before, during, and after the wedding. We took a ton of pictures before the wedding of rings, flowers, and her dress. I loved her rings and had a lot of fun taking pictures of them, as you will see. Last week it was a ton of pictures of flowers at Graham and Kristen's wedding- this week it is a ton of pictures of rings.

Graham and Kristen are married!

This weekend, Joshua and I were able go to and be apart of Graham and Kristen's wedding up in Rome. This weekend brought back memories for me, because this is the weekend last year that Joshua and I got married! :) We got up to Rome on Friday afternoon and enjoyed an amazing rehearsal dinner at Bistro239 in Rome. I had one of the best fillet mignon's I have ever had in my life. While the girls got ready on Saturday, I was helping out however I could to get ready for the wedding. I walked around with Katherine Birkbeck of KBPhotography (my wedding photographer and photographer that has done almost all of our weddings!) while she took pictures of Kristen and the bridesmaids. These are some of the pictures I took while I was with Katherine and the girls. As you might be able to tell in the pictures, I LOVED her flowers. :)

Last week, I went around Dunwoody and took pictures of the beautiful fall leaves. I absolutely love fall for the beautiful colors on the trees. The colors are so vibrant and stunning that I could stare at them forever. I find myself needing to pay attention to the road a lot of time in the fall as I tend to look at the changing leaves while I drive... oops! I never had a preference of what time of the year to get married, but after I got married in the fall with the most beautiful fall colors, I was most certainly glad that I got married in the fall. Here are some pictures I took in Dunwoody and a few from when I was at Berry last weekend. As always, my favorite fall colors are at the Service Road at Berry (where we took most of our wedding pictures with the fall leaves.)

Shea and Mitchell

On Saturday, I went up to Berry to take pictures for Shea and Mitchell and Christina and Graham. I took Shea and Mitchell's pictures in the afternoon, and there were a TON of people on campus taking pictures! I have never seen so many cars and people up at the mill on campus, but we still got some great pictures! Shea is an old resident of mine when I was her RA two years ago, so it is exciting to see preparing to get married! Shea was so cute taking pictures and has the sweetest smile ever! We had a ton of fun going all over campus and taking pictures. What a perfect day with perfect colors!

I had the privilege of also taking Christina and Graham's engagement pictures at Berry on Saturday. This was my first double picture session in one day! Graham was such a trooper, having worked the night shift the night before, he was full of energy and willing to do anything I asked of him and Christina. We even snuck into a field with hay bails with an electric fence around it. Turned out to be some great pictures too! I took their pictures in the morning, as a opposed to Shea and Mitchell's that I took in the afternoon, so there weren't many people out in our way for this session. We had a lot of fun, and of course the fall colors were perfect!

Katy and Ken

This weekend, I took engagement pictures of Katy and Ken. We went down to Piedmont Park in Atlanta and had such a great time. Katy and Ken are such a fun and joyful couple, and I can't wait to do their wedding in February. They are such an exciting and infectious couple with their smiles and laughter. They made my job really easy yesterday with how natural and candid they were in all of their pictures! I took a ton, so I had a hard time picking only a few.

Day in Atlanta

Last weekend, I went down to Atlanta to check out Piedmont Park. I went yesterday to take pictures of Katy and Ken and wanted to check out the park before I went down there to do theirs. I rode Marta down and walked through Atlanta. I took some cool pictures at the park and along the way. I love Atlanta and love living here! Here are some of the pictures I took last weekend. Pregnant at AMMS

Last week, I took pictures of all seven pregnant teachers at my school, Autrey Mill. Everyone says there is something in the water. I was really excited to get to take pictures of all of them! Most of the pictures were taken in pregnancy order- Lizzie, Stephanie H, Stephanee S, Stephanie P, Andrea, Amy, and Tanya! Congrats ladies and good luck when the babies arrive!

Pumpkins Galore!

This weekend, Joshua and I went up to the Blue Ridge mountains with Joshua's parents. We had such a great time this weekend! We went to the Ellijay Apple Festival and Burts Pumpkin Patch. I have always wanted to go Burt's, so I was really excited that we got to go. I took tons of pictures of pumpkins while we were at Burts. Joshua was laughing at me taking pictures of pumpkins, but I had a great time and even learned some stuff about pumpkins! Did you know there are white and blue pumpkins? I also took some other pictures at the cabin we stayed at. It was right on the Toccoa River, so it was a really pretty place to take pictures. I was very sad that we had to leave today and come back to "real life."
